They lift, they coach, they eat, they rock social media and they love animals. Ed & Holly are the true vegan power couple in every way. These two founded and run the PlantFit Strength gym in Oakland, CA where they train clients and teach classes focused on strength and conditioning.
Ed is a certified CrossFit coach, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and bodybuilding champion. Ed has a fitness background in bodybuilding but recently in his career picked up CrossFit and powerlifting. Ed placed 1st in 2010 at the NPC Bill Pearl High Desert Classic in Middle Weight Bodybuilding and 2nd place out of 24 in Men’s Physique at the 2013 INBF Naturally Fit Super Show with the PlantBuilt Muscle Team. In under 2 years Ed has gained over 50lbs of mass and competes to lift as heavy as he can in the big 3…Bench, Squat, and Deadlift. Ed can be followed on Instagram @plantfitxvx
