PP#78: David Wolfson – Superman of the animal rights movement

Before David Wolfson…farm animals had no protective rights over their bodies or lives. As a punk rocker growing up in England, David developed a connective to both animal and human rights that has remained in his heart throughout his professional career as a corporate lawyer for Milbank Tweed in NYC.

While David is a corporate lawyer during his day job, he has done pro bono work for decades on behalf of animal rights organizations like Farm Sanctuary, Humane Society of the United States and Mercy For Animals. David has passed more laws to protect animals lives in factory farms than any individual on the planet. David is a true hero of the animal right movement and also works as a professor at NYU in the animal studies department.
