Power Oatmeal


Power Oatmeal

– 1 cup of uncooked steel cut oats

– 1 serving of firm tofu

– 1 serving of nuts/ seeds (walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax)

– dried dulse

– cumin seed

Boil the oatmeal in 2 cups of water for ten minutes. Add in the chopped tofu, and stir into oatmeal. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl, and add the nuts, dulse, and cumin to desired amount for flavor.
