There are good cops out there, most of them, but the training and culture around police enforcement is so wrong we don’t need one more example.
I don’t think we should abolish the police. We should significantly reimagine, rewrite, and defund the current idea, role, and practices of American policing. They are too violent, too much power, and simply need a modern uplift to do their job better. They work for us.

Thus, I’m absolutely killing it in life right now, and I spend my days making vids, gardening, and brewing kombucha with local ingredients to sell to my community and that pays for my food for the week and more.
Very blessed to be a yogi, and to be relatively woke even though I grew up in LA and most of friends think they are depressed and broke if they only make 30k a year🤣🙃

an omnivore who shops mainly at their local far mar cuz calories from plants are almost always more energy, land, and water effect than animal based cals which is better than… 🐣
a vegan who shops at the super market and buys packed and imported goods which is better than… 🥫🥪 an omnivore who shops at the supermarket🍔🌭🍰 To summarize… growing, hunting, and foraging your food will always be the best for the planet. The problem is if ALL meat eaters stopped buying meat at the store and only ate the animal products they hunted…we would run out of animals on the planet considering how many meat eaters there are! So if we shut down factory farms, we would have a few small meat farms selling crazy expensive meat to rich people, and some people would get hunting tags to hunt their food, and like 90% of current meat eaters would have to go vegan.
A sustainable world is a vegan or veganish world. If you don’t understand this post…do some more research and learning. -1) First step, the experts👩‍🏫👨‍🎓Start with the American Heart Association website, Harvard School of Public Health, Cornell Nutrition Sciences, or buy a highly reviewed, up to date nutrition textbook. Let me save you some time cuz I’ve done this step…they advocated to eat a diverse amount of colorful plants, lower your meat eating, really reduce saturated fat, processed food like processed meats, sugar, white flower, and fried food. 🍟
-2) If that doesn't work for your body, start getting alternative. Read books on the raw vegan diet, paleo diet, starchivore diet, keto diet, blood type diet, atkins, go all out and you will realize what resonates with you and makes sense and what sounds like total bullshit. That will help guide you down a path for sure.

-3) If you are STILL unsure how to eat, go to you YouTube. This is the most dangerous step because anybody can post on YouTube with no credentials, but there are also a lot of smart out f the box health influencers on there and they might get back to you and help guide you. 🥥
I was vegetarian for 5 years, then when I was 19 I questioned why I was veg and started educating myself on other diets like paleo, locavore, vegan etc. I read books and tried out different diets, even with meat. After those few months the vegan diet is simply what resonated with me and seemed the most legit. I made that choice over 7 years ago and I’ve never looked back. Veganism and plant based diet is for me.

I know I am a wild animal in nature and I owe nothing to anyone. My parents brought me into this world and I am so grateful for that. Simultaneously I am able to do absolutely what ever I want with my life, body, work, life philosophy, and do what brings me purpose.

No right answers. We are a tiny blip of an experiment in the soup of life that has existed on planet earth. We are just riding a wave of meaninglessness.

Meaninglessness is a beautiful thing to me because it means nothing ACTUALLY matters, there will be no day of reckoning like religious fanatics believe, so all there is to life is to find things that feel meaningful in the moment, enjoy the shit of them, then you die and it’s all good.
